By accessing or using sports-iot.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sports IoT LLC, a Washington State limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes — to describe Sports IoT LLC, our patented and patent-pending IoT platform, our consumer brand FanSync, and our partnership opportunities. You may access the Site for personal or business purposes consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing
  • Misrepresent your identity when submitting the contact form, or submit information you know to be false
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or the experience of other visitors

2. No Products Sold Through This Site

This Site does not sell products or process transactions. All FanSync products are sold through our consumer site at fansync.net, which has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy governing purchases, returns, warranties, and use of FanSync devices.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, the Sports IoT™ and FanSync™ trademarks, and the underlying IoT platform technology — is owned by Sports IoT LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Two U.S. patents (US 11,810,480 and US 12,198,578) and additional 2026 patent-pending applications protect aspects of our technology. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, patents, or copyrighted content without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on it.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Sports IoT LLC, its members, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
