Our Technology

A proprietary IoT platform that transforms live sports data into physical, interactive experiences — connecting fans to the game like never before.

How It Works

From live game event to physical device reaction — here's the journey every play takes through our platform.

01

Live Game Data Ingestion

Our platform ingests live sports data feeds across the major U.S. professional and college leagues. The architecture is designed to capture per-play events — scores, penalties, timeouts, milestones — as they occur, and feed device reactions tuned to the moment, not minutes later from a delayed feed.

Today's first-generation FanSync devices react to one trigger: a team win. The platform's data layer supports the broader event taxonomy — play-by-play, scoring updates, game-clock synchronization, per-fan team-specific triggers — for the next-generation devices on our roadmap (Patent Pending).

02

Cloud Event Processing

Events flow through our cloud infrastructure where they're classified, filtered, and routed. Each connected device is registered to specific teams, so only relevant events trigger reactions — a Seahawks fan's collectible won't celebrate a 49ers touchdown.

Our Patent Pending hybrid edge/cloud architecture supports machine-learning detection of statistical triggers over live gameplay data — win-probability shifts, player-performance milestones, score differentials, and game-clock intervals — for next-generation devices.

03

Wireless Device Communication

Processed event signals are pushed to connected devices over WiFi. Our firmware is designed for reliability on consumer home networks — with automatic reconnection, event buffering, and graceful degradation if connectivity drops.

Setup takes under two minutes through our guided web interface. No hub required — devices connect directly to any standard WiFi network.

04

Physical Reaction

Today, when your team wins, your first-generation FanSync device lights up in your team's colors — a visible celebration that traces back to the original inspiration: lighting up the Aggie A on Old Main on game-day wins. Next-generation devices add sound, motion, and on-device AI for richer per-event responses (Patent Pending).

Per-event reaction patterns — distinct light, sound, and motion patterns for distinct event types — are planned for next-generation devices.

Platform Capabilities

Built from the ground up for scalability, reliability, and the kind of instant gratification that game-day moments demand.

Multi-Sport Support

Our platform supports NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL, and NCAA events — with the architecture to add any sport or league.

Team-Agnostic Base Unit (Patent Pending)

A single generic base unit configures itself to any team or entity via the FanSync app and remote entity server. No per-team manufacturing required. Subject of our 2026 patent-pending decoupled-base application.

Expandable Platform (Patent Pending)

The same decoupled architecture extends beyond sports — to music artists, brands, charities, and other entities — through the same configurable base. Category-agnostic by design.

Low-Latency Delivery

Engineered to land with the moment, not minutes later from a delayed feed. The architecture is designed around per-task latency budgets so reactions stay aligned with the broadcast.

Innovation Backed by Patents

Our technology is protected by multiple U.S. patents, establishing Sports IoT as the definitive leader in connected sports memorabilia.
